Supproting Programs
PARTICIPATION FEE
  1. Option 1
    Space only are placed in Hall A and Connecting Door between Hall A & Hall B.
    Exhibitors are required to build their own booths, the price is devided into;
    1. Cost for APKOMINDO members is Rp. 850.000,- per meter square
    2. Cost for Non - APKOMINDO members is Rp. 900.000,- per meter square
  2. Option 2
    Spaces in Hall B for two choices, which are :
    1. Stand B1 to B17 ; B18 to B20; B24 to B28, B29 - B38
      • Cost for APKOMINDO members is Rp. 800.000,- per meter square
      • Cost for Non-APKOMINDO members is Rp. 850.000,- per meter square
    2. Stand B21 to B23, B39 to B110,
      • Cost for APKOMINDO members is Rp. 750.000,- per meter square
      • Cost for Non- APKOMINDO members is Rp. 800.000,- per meter square
    3. Stand B111 to B136
      • Cost for APKOMINDO members is Rp. 700.000,- per meter square
      • Cost for Non - APKOMINDO members is Rp. 750.000,- per meter square
  3. Option 3
    Standard booth (shell scheme) in Hall A and Hall B are devided into:
    1. APKOMINDO members Rp. 950.000,- per meter square
    2. Non - APKOMINDO members Rp. 975.000,- per meter square
      The price included following facilities :
      • Space only
      • Standard booth construction
      • Carpeted Floor
      • Single Phase Socket
      • Fascia with company name
      • 1 (one) information table & 2 (two) folding chairs
      • 2(two) fluorescent lights
      • price not include VAT 10%
REGISTRATION
  1. Fill in the registration form or Form A ( as attached ) completely and include stamp Rp. 6.000,-, and return it immediately to the organizer
  2. Exhibitor confirmation is considered valid only when the organizer has received the payment.
  3. Organizer reserves the right to select, or change the exhibitor's booth.
  4. Exhibitors are prohibited to sell, rent, or transfer thepremises to other third party
  5. If the displayed products are not appropriate/conform to the scope of the exhibition, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of such exhibitors, and the participation fee will be forteited
TERM OF PAYMENT
  1. Down Payment is 40% (+VAT 10%) from total payment, paid upon the space confirmation by returning the registration from the organizer.

  2. Final Payment is 60% (+VAT 10% ) from total payment, should be received by the organizer 30(thirty) days before the exhibition started.
  3. Participation will be declined if the organizer does not receive the final payment not later than September 1th,2004, and the down payment is forteited.
  4. Payment should be made directly to Finance Department PT. Dyandra Promosindo or transfer to:
    APKOMINDO
    BII ( Bank International Indonesia )
    Ketapang Office
    A/C No: 2.117.691.539
  5. Payment made by cheque or bank draft, should have authorized signatures and company stamp, and should be addressed to APKOMINDO.
  6. Should there be any refusal on cheque or bank draft settlement by the bank, the organizer has right to cancel exhibitors's participation
  7. The exhibitors shall directly pays the charges for any additional order to PT. Dyandra Promosindo, upon the submission of such additional request
PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION
  1. Cancellation, which is requested by exhibitor, shall be submitted to the organizer in written, completed with appropriate reason.
    • 50% payment will be refunded from total collected payment due to cancellation made before August 1th, 2004.
    • There is no refundable payment due to cancellation made after August 1th, 2004
    • VAT paid is not refundable
  2. Cancellation by the organizer
    • 100% collected payment (not included 10% VAT) will be refunded, in case of cancellation made by organizer, and the exhibitor does not make such cancellation.
    • If the displayed products are not appropriate with the scope of the exhibition or not conform with product list submitted to the organizer, then the organizer reserve right to cancel exhibitor's participation and all collected payments are forteited.
  3. Force Majeure
    In case of any Force Majeure that can affect the exhibition activities such as; earth quake, flood, riot, currency change by the government which will affect the value of goods and services, and other major events(beyond control of the organizer), all of parties will be released from indemnification by other parties
